What Can I Expect in the Call?
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and talk about your “top-of-mind” concerns. I’ll listen very carefully and ask some strategic questions. We’ll talk about what you’re after and how we can get there. At the end of the call, I’ll send you a personalized program inspired by my unique Language of Mindfulness(r) techniques that can significantly improve the quality of your personal and professional life. Based on years of expert training, coaching, and backed by science – this is the real deal, No charge.
Why no charge? Research indicates that having a good rapport with your coach is the most important predictor of progress – so it’s important that you have a chance to decide if we’re a good fit, at no expense to you. There’s no better way to do that than person-to-person and I want to provide a lot of value for you cause I believe in mindfulness as way to help the world be a better place. Lots of people find they want to continue working with me after the call, so that’s a win-win.
Looking forward to meeting you!

A great experience. Highly recommended
Meeting with Brett is amazing. After just a few sessions I feel lighter and fuller. Brett is one of the most caring people that I know and it shows every time we meet. He intuitively knows what I need to hear and helps me discover myself.
Changed my life in such a positive way.
Brett provided me with simple, yet powerful, tools enabling me to connect deeply with my gifts. I could feel the results the first time I began his practice.
